Default Axle back upgrade

Totally stock exhaust 1LT here non NPP. Looking for a nice deep axle back setup but no drone, any suggestions.

Almost any one you look at going with in the c7 will have very little drone. Robert

Put headers on and leave your stock mufflers.

I'd do B&B personally. Done quite a few different systems on C7's and that is easily my favorite sound. We do carry all the major brands btw.

I saw some mention of the BB PRT with non NPP throwing codes. Older posts , have they corrected the problems?

I really dont want headers. I have a built 1/4 mile camaro with all of those bells and whistles. Headers in the C7 may get too loud, im already able to turn 10's in 1/4 mile , dont need to be any faster, Im S/C and spraying meth. Just want a bit of a nastier sound with no drone in the cabin.

Here where I am In Calif most all C7 owners have chosen to go without mufflers entirely
I have no mufflers on my car and love the sound
During start up it barks nicely---and then settles down quite nicely ( same as the NPP set-up)
While in town or cruising on the freeway it sounds just barely louder than a car with NPP opened----I can hear the radio talk in the car and talk on the phone easily
However when you hit the loud pedal it has a tremendous "race car" growl "
No drone---no rattles----I have the stock exhaust manifolds
We all used the Flowmaster stainless 4" dual quad double walled tips--Inlet size is 2.5" Cost aprox $85 My local muffler shop fashioned about a 12" piece of tubing with the correct bends to hook them up----Cost at the muffler shop was $125----
So total cost was around $200---and to me sounds far superior to any other system I have heard------Plus No Corvette tax !!!!!!!!!!!

just did a set about 3'ish weeks ago and no codes everything went on just fine. Only reason you would throw a code is if you left something disconnected.

I might not have them on our webstore as I am the one building it, and well it's a lot of parts haha. But I do carry them and match all the other online guys.

Jdarc, you may like our Street axleback (15225/15316). It brings out the deep V8 growl without being too obnoxious for daily driving. The volume during idle and cruising is quite conservative, but really opens up once you get on the throttle! Let us know if you have any questions!
