Default What are your power levels on stock clutch?

I have a base model c7 at 775 whp and my stock clutch just went out after 30k miles at this power level. 45k miles on the car total.

What are you guys getting out of it?

I'm currently putting a mantic twin disc in.

754, but I only have around 1200 miles on it at this power level. When the motor comes out for forged rods and pistons I plan on going with a mantic twin as well, but not sure when that will be.

Have your rear differential and half shafts held up for all those miles? If so, have you tracked the car at all in the quarter or half?

Over 1400rw at the moment....

I have 22k on my car right now, have had a sc in it since about 6k miles or so, and my hp has been between 600 - 1400+

Back in January we tried to put I the first Mantic triple that was released and it did not fit correctly. We tried 3 different revisions over the next few months and it still never worked correctly. After the 4th attempt we said screw it and we waited for someone else to be the Guinea pig.

I currently have the revised model sitting in my garage just need to find the time to install it. Surprisingly the stock clutch has held up pretty good, considering the power levels we have been running.

I was a tad over 700 with mine for about 6000 miles. Currently putting in the manic twin.

While my engine was out my shop recommended swapping in a new clutch while the labour would be next to nothing versus doing it later. I also have a Mantic twin going in mine, but the stock clutch was holding fine at 586whp previously.

My stock went just over 900rwhp before it started slipping on the dyno. Had to throw a restrictor plate on it. Just had the Monster triple disc installed and it is just like stock driveability but a lot more bite if you let it.

I haven't had a problem other than the clutch. I did a roll race at the track which was at 20mph and the clutch went out after that pass.

I've done quite a few 1/8mile passes at the track.

It's actually holding without slipping?

That's insane. I'm so impressed with how much power/torque these things can handle.

I'm at 800 rwhp and it has been holding up fine so far.

If you think about, GM put a clutch in these cars that handle over 2x the stock torque.
