Default Splicing baro sensor

anyone know of this? Supercharger c7 baro keeps climbing under boost. I heard there was something you can do to trick it

I just had my C7 ECS supercharger installed and got codes for the baro so had the tuner just turn them off so they wont show. Is this what you are wanting to do?

Do a baro, iat breakout with ls9 map. This will use your stock map as a baro outside the intake tube and correct your issue.

So since the ECM calculates things off Pressure Ratio, which is MAP/Baro, I am not sure ignoring a boosted Baro sensor is the right way to do it....

As mentioned, there are parts available to do it right and they take about 90 seconds to install. Why shortcut that?

I had got the p2227, 2229 and 2230 codes. ECS said to just tune them out. Are these codes the kind you can tune out? Can you explain the iat breakout thing more, Im not sure what that is? Thanks.

The Baro and IAT sensors are integrated in the MAF housing. The harness plugs in between the engine harness and MAF sensor and has two more extensions/plugs coming out of it that allow you to plug in a separate Baro and IAT sensor into them to pull the out of the MAF housing and relocate them to a better location for your needs.

This is not really needed unless you are boosted and/or running meth. The Baro sensor sees boost with a Centri and screws up the Pressure Ratio readings so you want to pull it out of the intake tube and the IAT sensor gets moved so you can let it see the temp change of meth without spraying through the MAF.
