Default How to change my dash cluster?

Hi all. Just had a quick question. I have a 2017 Grand Sport, it's the ILT package with NPP Exhaust. Can my car change over to the track laps time screen like some of the Z51's and Z06's? This screen you see on top. I can put it into track mode but that screen doesn't show up. It's just the standard screen.

Is it only the Z07 or 3LT packages that can do that?

Thanks!

Looks to me like the top picture is in track mode, the bottom picture is tour mode. Need to click all the way to the right for track, unless I am missing something here.

When I click all the way to the right the screen stays the same as if it were in touring mode. The Exhaust gets louder of course in sport and track mode but screen doesn't go to the racing screen like you see in the top picture. I'll have to read up more in my owners manual or ask somebody at the dealership if there's a way.

I want to confirm you are using the rotating **** on the center console?

When I'm back home I'll have to play around with it some more. I know the sales guy told me they all have that feature where you can switch over to that screen but I don't know if he was really that sure or not.

You can also set any of the screens as your default. I have the track screen set as my default so no matter which mode I'm actually in the screen remains the same.

Cool! Lol it's going to take me a while to learn all this stuff. What year is your C7? Is it a GS?

Okay. That's what I'm sort of wondering . Mine is the 1LT, so mine may not have that option? There might be a way I could get it programmed to that screen ? I love that racing tachometer screen! It's so awesome loooking!!

I think the GS comes with MSRC standard regardless of trim level, but I could be wrong. I too really like the screen, very racy looking.

Hmm... I know any of the videos or write ups that I've seen on the GS it just shows the standard analogue screen. You would sort of think with the Grand Sport being a track car that it would have that racing screen with it? I'll have to look into seeing if I can somehow get that screen programmed to look like the racing one .

There is a feature to link the screen to driving mode. That needs to be on if you want the display to change with the mode. I don't have the manual in front of me right now, you can get to it in the settings from the steering wheel controls.

**edit - found the section. Press the left arrow on the wheel until you are in the menu, go to "settings" then "Display Theme". If yours is set to Sport change it to either track or link to drive mode. Hope that helps.
