Default New! C7 Cargo Light LED Kits- 100% Plug & Play **$9.99**

LED's are the rage, GM knew this when they designed the C7 to be primarily LED based, but.....they missed a few!

Our plug and play hatch bulbs allow you to easily swap your stock halogen bulbs to LED's in minutes. Easy to install and will match the output of your other interior lights.

Available in white, red or blue

Default How to remove original bulb

Bulb seems to be held by metal clips. Do the clips have to be opened? If so how to do it?

Sorry to be such a newbie but I may end up with scorched fingers.

Installed mine today. It is easy to do. The lens pops out using a small screw driver on one end. Then you disconnect the bulb housing from the wire harness. The bulb pushes up from the bottom by using a small screwdriver on the center of the bulb and lightly pushing up. You then replace the bulb and check for correct connection but reconnecting it to the wire harness -- turn on car to see if bulb turns on. If it does not turn on, you reverse the bulb. You then put everything back together. Same thing for the license plate bulbs.

Do you sell a replacement kit for all bulbs? I seem to remember buy a kit with a bunch of bulbs for my C6.

You can only replace the hatch and plate in the new car

You would also need to order our strip leds

Got mine in the mail this week and installed today. I found that the hatch bulbs are easier to handle if you discount the black connector and let the bulbs cool down. Otherwise they are very hot to handle. Only frustrating part was that I was 4 for 4 on picking the wrong orientation to install the lights and had to rotate them due to the polarity.

Default How does the wire harness unplug from housing?

Hi,

Cannot get harness to unplug? Is there a clip or button to push that releases it? Seems like bulb will get replaced easier with lens apart from harness?

Thanks
J
