I am looking for a cover that fits only over the cockpit for my coupe when the panel is stored. Seen them on other cars just not Vettes. ALso would like a some protection for my panel when it is stowed in the car. I see them for C4-C6 but not C7. All I see online are bags which of course would not snap in place

There are a whole lot of guys out there that like to ride around in their C7 with the Targa in the trunk but they need a portable cover to protect the interior when they temporarily park or park at work.

If you had a simple "umbrella" shade that inserted where the targa was, I think you could sell a lot of them. You don't need to be able to drive with it on, just park.

Others have made it for earlier vettes and they look like crap. There is currently nothing out there for the C7 other than the "carbrella".


Am I the only one looking for this guys?

I liked mine so well I left it on permanently. Now only does it keep the heat out in the summer, it keeps the heat in on cool spring fall days. When I traded in my 14 for my 16Z that's the reason I got standard top and saved almost a grand.
