My wife got me the front and rear cargo mats for my 17 Z06 coupe for Xmas. She got the fronts correct on the order with the Supercharged Z06 logo. However the cargo Mat is wrong. Is it possible to do an exchange?

Floor mats
I see my package is out for delivery. The delivery states I am getting a cargo Mat ( which I have already received instead of Front floor mats) . I hope this was an error and I am getting the front floor mats as stated previously.

I would like to order Lloyds mats and it appears that I have a dilemma. If I want the thickest most plush carpet, I have to order Luxury but since it only comes in Ebony, it is not a match. However if I want a less plush carpet as in the Ultimate, I get a true match. Does it really boil down to plush and no match versus less plush and match?

what is the correct matching color to order for a 2019 Grand Sport Coupe luxe rear cargo mat? Confused as the Lloyds site states ebony matches the rear cargo mat, but it appears CCA says it is black.

does your response mean that “black” ordered from CCA is equal to the Lloyd color matching for rear cargo mat “ebony” that is on their (Lloyd’s) website?

GM lists your interior as Black - so that is how we list it
The actual Lloyd Mats matching color is "ebony"
When you order a black mat, we will make sure it is the matching color
"in lloyd mats lingo" which is ebony
In short, you will get the correct matching color for your car
