Default Torque specs

I am changing out the throttle body and have a question as to what amount of torque the four bolts are to be set at. I hope I am asking the question the right way. I don't want to over do the tension on the bolts. Thanks in advance!

I went with the Katech ported throttle body. So far I'm impressed. About 100 miles on it after the install. Very smooth feel during acceleration.
