Some nice pics

I really want to like it but it's just so damn busy. Just about every section of the car has something stuck to it. I like the C7 design better because it's a cleaner look.

Still not a fan of the Gray. I may look better with Black wheels.

There is a very good reason why gm choose to show the tsg c7z with the pearl/nickel wheels and not the black wheels.
The tsg simply looks the best with the p/n wheels.

If the intent is highly visible the white, yellow, red...bright colors are the best choice.
If one doesn't like seeing the vents then there is the black ext. color...and they are gone.
If one wants the black vents to show but with the least intrusiveness then the gray will be a popular choice for that reason.
The black vents are not going away, so pick the ext. color that will show them the way you want to see them.

Darn it Bob, the TSG looks pretty darn nice. It's more subdued than the VY or TR, but your right about it being classy looking. The PN wheels look great on it, but I'm more seasoned like yourself and like to break up the tire and wheel colors. I've been on the VY kick for about a month now, but I'm having a real hard time with the black wheels. Too much black with the wheel AND tire. Started wondering what the VY would look like with the PN wheels or perhaps re-powder coat them with a darker, but not black pearl graphite color? I know, you don't care for the VY, but what are your thoughts? If you don't want to open a can of worms, PM me.

I see your point....though it doesnt make me dislike 1% still love it...that is why I think 14 GT3 is a better looking car.

Tom, interestingly I'm wondering what the torch red will look like with the PN wheels. Many don't like the bright wheels and the darker colors are more attractive to them...me too in certain color combinations... because they want to achieve a more race/hot rod look. There will be a (Q6J) Spectra Gray with Machined Groove available, so perhaps that would be a good alternative. I do like the VY, TR and white with the darker wheels.
I guess it will be another few months before we can build and try different combinations on the web site....way too long to think about it.
While I dislike yellow for a car color, as I have mentioned I do think the VY on this car looks good. Why...the black accents. They help breakup the color and make the colors that I dislike more attractive. I could not stand to have the TSG by itself on the Z....thanks to the black accents. It would look like a navy battleship without them
I'll be interested in what you end up doing.

To me it depends how visible one wishes to have the black vents show up on the car.
If the intent is highly visible the white, yellow, red...bright colors are the best choice.
If one doesn't like seeing the vents then there is the black ext. color...and they are gone.
