This makes me reconsider Tiger Shark Grey

I assume you mean that Shark Gray looks dull compared to the Blade Silver. I loved the photos and videos of the Shark Gray rollout car. But I also love my Blade Silver GS too, and I've been debating which to choose in a Z06. I have to admit that your photo argues for silver. I like the contrast with the carbon flash bits. (And silver shows dust and dirt less than any other color, a nice bonus.)

No doubt that silver looks good in that picture. I currently have a cyber Gray C7 and my friend has a blade silver C7, his does show the carbon fiber vents etc better, however the Gray is a beautiful color that really pops in the sunlight. Granted, that isn't the Shark Gray, but for sure I am trading up to the Shark Gray Z06. If nothing else, it should be a unique color. Seems like every other car on the road is silver these days.

Melting Slicks
I'm not as high on the shark gray as I was when the pics first surfaced from the auto show back in January. Really popped under the lights, but I'm afraid it might look dull under anything less than bright sunlight. I'm still considering it, but I doubt I'd order it unless I saw one in person under different lighting.
Right now, for me, every color is in play except NRB, orange, and crystal red,

I like them both. These two colors are my front runners. I think the SG is more unique, but the silver makes the car pop a little more. Leaning slightly toward silver only because it is easier to keep clean and hides defects (paint chips/swirl marks) like no other color.

Silver sales will be up this year. Since it's a better chioce than TSG!
They dropped CGM which was my choice. Shoulda dropped NRB
instead!
Can't believe some think the GM colors are good this year!
Not exciting on the colors at all!

I was going to go with either the grey or black.
I NEVER EVER EVER EVER EVER considered yellow.....
But hot Damn the c7 z in yellow looks so nice. The black accents just pop out.
I'm seriously leaning towards yellow and I never thought I would

Yeah I'm way too conservative when it comes to picking colors lol
I'll probably go with black.
Another reason I'm considering yellow is that I could always vinyl wrap the car whenever I wanted. A friend of mine wrapped his silver gtr in white and it looks great. Peel it off whenever you want and you have fresh paint underneath.

It's a good problem to have though
PS - Please...no more yellow C7 pics...I almost had myself completely convinced to go with silver only to be greeted with your post this morning. Thanks a lot!

I know EXACTLY how you feel...I feel the same way. I NEVER liked yellow on ANY cars, but I can't stop looking at the yellow C7 ZO6s. The car's image has fixed itself into my brain and while I continuously try to convince myself to play it safe and order a silver or shark gray car, I keep conducting google image searches for yellow C7 ZO6s.
It's a good problem to have though

Good morning Paul! It seems we've found some common ground Other than on the Huayra and P1, yellow hasn't appealed to me either. I was hoping for a more vibrant orange, as a complement to my IO ZR1, but it doesn't appear that will happen. VY on the Z06 looks stunning and exotic with black accents. So, when my number is finally called, VY is what I'm going with. One of the many reasons I will never sell my ZR is that only 69 of them were made in IO. VY will be more popular for certain, but uncommon enough that you may not see another one in person. Cheers.
