Don't know the color selection.. but I like body color for a clean look

Yes.

Stage 1 has the one found on the Z51 base car.
Stage 2 has the one found on the Z07 package without the clear center piece.
Stage 3 has the full one (Z07) like seen in the pictures when the car was released.

I thought the base spoiler was similar to the Z51 version but slightly larger for added lift reduction??

I'm not sure either. As far as I know we haven't seen a production-level base car yet, and we're all going on the brief glimpse in the bash video.
