3LT interior not the same as the 3LZ
I didn't know that the 3LT interior was different from 3LZ. Why? I like the 3LT better.

They are the same regarding what elements are leather, microfiber, and vinyl. The difference is in the color of the leather components. It has been discussed to a fare-thee-well and there are loads of photos and videos that clearly show the difference.
