Thank you for the heads up!

Site seems pretty accurate and responds much faster for me today than in the past. MSRP came within $15 of my order with the dealer.

I thought the M7 had no gas guzzler tax?

The M7 does not have a gas guzzler tax. I took delivery of one, have the window sticker and it definitely does not have a gas guzzler tax. Rated 15 city, 22 highway.

The builder shows the $1300 for gas guzzler but if you add all the options minus the GG tax the amount is right. Strange it even shows it.

For the M7's, it's not added in the final total (my msrp is spot on)... they need to fine tune and just weed out the bugs so it won't be misleading.

$15 is probably the license plate bracket. It was on my window sticker as an option, but dealer took it off. He said it was a mistake.

So technically I got mine for under MSRP

Supplier pricing is up on www.mygmdiscount.com.

This is what I got for a 1LT with sport competition seats and yellow brake calipers.

Base MSRP $78,000.00
MSRP as Configured $82,085.00
Credit Union Discount from GM Price $74,894.20
Consumer Cash -$0.00
You Pay $74,894.20

This is ridiculous. The same thing happened with the C7. People ordered and took delivery of their cars, and about a month later the "build your own" site went live.
Seriously...GM doesn't have the resources for a quality build-your-own product?
GM needs to take a lesson from Porsche on this.

Maybe they only want informed buyers to buy the first ones.
