Default Road Atlanta track event

Anyone that wants to get their cars out on Road Atlanta. Just Track It will be running a HPDE there on Jan 10 and 11. I will be there for sure putting my Z06 through its gears. Looking forward to some other corvettes joining me.

When I see things like this, I sometimes wish my life wasn't so wrapped around the axle in MN. Have fun!!

PS - Once my P0502 code issue gets resolved, I'll have Sport Cup 2's if you still want them.

Lawdog, take your Viper out there, too. Would be a good read, to hear back to back drive comparisons, and compare lap times, peak mph, etc.

Been on that track a few times, still in my top 3. Wish it were closer.

You should take your Viper there and see if it will do a lap in under 1:29:81

If so, this board would go into lockdown.

Ran the viper there back in Sept. It spewed so much oil into the airbox my track weekend was cut short. We have since changed to Mobil 1 15w50 and have not made it back out with it. I would be interested as well to see which car is the fastest around Rd atlanta. Last outing there in the Viper was its maiden voyage and I was still learning how to drive that beast. It is alot different from the point and shoot Corvettes I am use too. Nothing like the car swaying side to side while braking down the hill to 10a at 155 mph. I have several ideas to compare these cars side by side just cant get the right dang weather. If its not freezing its raining.

Hope to see some of you Vette guys out for this event. Should be a good way to start off the track season.
