Traction Control not staying on.
At least once or more while out on a fun drive I notice the traction control disengages by itself. I see the light with the tire profile and the line through it. I touch the center button in the rotary drive mode selector and it goes back out (TC on)
Just my car? Normal and something I'm doing?
I also tried to accidentally hit the button since it's right there under my arm while shifting but I can't see how my arm can depress it.

Opportunity here for some sort of subtle cover that you have to put your finger under to deactivate.

Have had the same thing happen and didn't realize I bumped it. One of the after market companies needs to make a console piece that switches the positions of the dial and parking brake switch. The brake would be more convenient, and we wouldn't be as apt to bump the dial.

I'm not totally convinced that I'm bumping it. I tried rubbing my arm on it as if I was shifting and was not depressing it. I will put a makeshift cover on it and report back.

Interesting. The cover idea sounds like a good workaround. I could see a cap that slips over the ring with enough bite into the rubber to stay in place and twist the dial. And then there could even be an opening for the TC button, but with the cap it would be recessed enough to never actually get hit accidentally. I'm sure a forum vendor could fashion a nice one out of billet and then anodize. Or carbon fiber. It could stay permanently in place and not look out of place if done right.
