Default Mid-Ohio Track Day Report (8/24/2015)

Hi Guys,

Figured I'd post a little write up. Had a great day with a club called Auto Interests. I also met up with a fellow forum member @Greg00Coupe who can totally fly.

Track: Mid-Ohio
Ambient: ~78F
Max Oil: 273
Max Water: 226
Best Lap: 1:37.19

My first time on Hoosiers, still getting used to them. As some may have seen in my other post, I have a broken engine cradle so I was taking it a bit easy. Overall I didn't have many problems with this - the bolt might have moved a bit but nothing too bad.

We did have some bad news, an A8 Z06 blew a motor. Spectacular fireball on the front straight, engine parts thrown everywhere, black flag, etc. The car had 2000 miles on it and just had an intake installed before the track day. I'm not sure if he's a forum member.

Corvettes had a great showing!!

Here's a video of my best session - fast lap is the last one.
