Default fast list

Here is my best run earlier this year. This was in SoCal at Famosa near Bakersfield. The DA was about 3400 and I was running MT DR's.

I don't buy into the notion that PSC2's produce much (if any) 60' advantage over PSS.

Didn't Farmer pull a 1,601 or similar on MPSS?

I've been running/carrying the road course "fast list" for over a year and can't get a sticky...lol...

If drag racing gets a sticky before a road racing list with a 1 yr head start, I'm done with Corvette forums...lol.

While the MPSS is a fantastic tire, it is in no way Equal to the PSC2.
I added the timeslip to my post above.

What psi are you guys running on the PSS & CUP2'S? And what about burnouts and staging and mode are you using? This is the kind of information everyone wants to know.

Thanks in advance.

This is a 1.56 on a PSS in a car with a modded air inlet.

https://www.corvetteforum.com/forums...0-ft-time.html

That's the best 60' time on either tire to date. I don't equate tires that do well on-track to necessarily doing well on the drag strip. I've got both sets on different wheels, so perhaps I'll get the car out to OSW in January and run both for comparison.

Did you do an aggressive burnout? Or just clean them off?

That was not my car. It's the OP's car in the link I posted.

Outstanding!!! That is amazing performance, I'm particularly impressed with your stock tire run - you show a lot of finesse getting it to launch and not spin on such a cold day with those summer tires. Well done, I'm impressed!!

Excellent pass. Congrats.
Drag radials and skinnies correct?
Any weight reduction too?

Thanks! CCW wheels, Hoosier Drag tires with Skinnies upfront. No weight reduction other than not eating lunch, the reduced weight from the wheels and tires, and running a minimal amount of fuel in the car.
