Default Carbon Fiber Tail Light Bezels

APR Performance just introduced their new Carbon Fiber Tail Light Bezels. I will make an appointment for installation.

Here are the pics showing the bezels are 100% REAL carbon fiber. I will post when they get installed on the car.

Um... Easy! The bezels just snap out. I used a small hook and grabbed the mesh in between the vent slats. Then worked it out.

Hey Steven, did you purchase the hydro carbon bezels from RPI? I was going to pick up a pair until APR said they were making theirs.

Was it really 5 minutes to install?

FAsnakes,
Definitely not cheap, but neither are our cars. This is the first time going over 70k for a car for me and it was not an easy decision! Now, I gotta figure out how to put the $$$ back in the kids' college fund!

Well nothing carbon fiber is cheap for any car but I know these would look awesome on my yellow C7.R with exposed carbon fiber. I haven't seen a price for them either.

Hey Les,
No pricing on these as of yet. APR just got these back from their manufacturing plant. In fact, this set are the only 2 in existence as I type. I have an appointment to get these bad boys installed this Friday afternoon.

I hear installation is, literally, a snap since the bezels are snapped in to place. No more than 10-15 minutes from the time I pull in to the time I leave.

I will snap pics as soon as they are done.

100%, real carbon fiber so it will not be cheap.

Dan,
HELL YEAH, these would look flippin' awesome on your whip. Other than DSOM, yellow would be the other color I believe makes carbon fiber POP! Oh, and white would be another color that would make carbon fiber POP.

On the darker colors, carbon fiber gets a little "lost".

I am so jealous you are getting the C7.R! You gotta post pics!

APR will be installing these bezels on Friday afternoon so keep checking back for pics!

Right now I'm driving a Lexus SUV. I just sold my 2014 Porsche 981 about a month ago making room for the Z06. Also have a 2014 Jaguar F-Type

I noticed that RPI's tail light bezel kit is $598 for real carbon fiber. You can get Hydro for about half that.
Im sticking to the real deal.

Funny, I called Tony at APR performance 2 weeks ago. He flat out told me, they are not working on carbon fiber tail light bezels and have no plans as of right now. Now they are released. Amazing huh!

Ron, I got the real Carbon Fiber, not the Hydro! Yes, it really was that simple. I took an old fork and hooked one of the tynes. Then, I just pulled on the mesh very carefully and they popped out!
