Which interior color-Kalahari or Black?
What interior color would YOU order with the Long Beach Red Z06 3LZ, Kalahari or Jet Black? Have you seen LBR in person?

I have Crystal Red 2015...similar to LBR. I debated the same 2 interior colors. I'm generally not a lover of black interiors. BUT, I'm also not a lover of the "driver centric" color schemes. (All personal preferences.) I went with Jet Black interior and glad I did.

Struggling with the same interior choices on Laguna Blue. I think Kalahari looks richer than black BUT the driver centric colors (read cost savings) takes away from the look as much of the interior remains black. If they could offer Kalahari with color coordinated carpet and more Kalahari on the dash and doors, for me it would be an easy choice.
Right now I am trying to decide if it is worth it to upgrade the 2LZ interior using a combination of OEM GM parts (3LZ from 2015 model year) and Caravaggio to get the look I am after with Kalahari. Black is certainly easier, just a little less spectacular to look at.

Both are rich and beautiful. The continuity of black throughout the interior makes it "blend" both compartments better but, if you have ever sat down in black seats while wearing shorts, it's Kalahari (Peanut butter) seats for me. LOL. I also think the "drivers centric" look is a more "futuristic" look. I bought the book "Stingray" and the drivers centric design was part of the original concept. It grew on me and I like it just fine.

Black interior every time. Easier to keep clean and personally I passed on a 66 that had a tan interior on the maroon color. If it had been black interior I would have bought the car. The black will be better for resale IMHO every time.

Go with the Jet Black and add the red stitching. I think that would be a perfect match.

But then still I have questions about possibly one of the 2 tones:

Or if we can get the red stitching on a gray seat, or maybe a 2 tone seat?
And is the red stitching more like torch or LB red?

In the sun, its absolutely beautiful. Turns really really dark inside, but i dont think that will bother you too much.
LBR has a lot of metallic in it. Again, beautiful color.

I agree on that today. I think I'm going either shark gray or LBR with that interior. Black looks best, until it gets dusty, which is often.
I'd go with the Kalahari.
