try this first.. fast forward to 30 seconds.
This turns them on and off, the door buttons set the position.

Mine is also having issues? I set a few weeks ago and decided to change my outside mirrors and steering wheel as they were off a little bit. well I did exactly as in the video but the new setting does not hold? I have a 2016 if it matters?

Ensure you have the correct settings in the Menus,
That you have the correct key fob,
And that none of the memory setting are set at one of the limit switches. (If you need a setting at the limit switch then adjust the seat to the limit, then back it off with a minor adjustment then save that setting.)

I went to settings and set both "entry" and "exit" (comfort) settings to on.

I adjusted my seat, wheel, mirrors, etc my liking and held the (set and 1) together for two beeps. When I leave the car (open the door) the seat goes all the way back and the wheel goes up to the max for exit. When I get in and start it, everything moves into position. I know you probably know this procedure already but that is the order in which I did it and mine has worked 100% so far.

I had the same issues, the fix is don't set exit on full limit of seat travel... back it off a bit then set memory...BTW not sure StarFleet Command approves of "retard"

literally just got my car and am having the same issue. It seems like the only way to get it to work somewhat irregular is to make sure the parking brake is set.
