This is the closest thing I have found to a direct fit drag radial tire. Not quite a slick but not bad for a direct replacement. I have heard these get a little sketchy as high speed though. People complain of a lateral movement at the end of a pass.

Largest Continental Slick fits an 18 inch wheel. Largest Pirelli fits a 19 inch wheel.
