New world record for C7 Z06

Track was cooler than ideal especially as it got later in the night but first run off the trailer was a 9.319 with a 1.476 60 foot and 150+ MPH trap speed. KUDOS to Royal Purple Raceway for the great video they posted up on their facebook page.
The automatic tranny performed flawlessly. The RPM drop between gear changes was minimal as you can tell from the video. Also this car has absolutely no issues making power early on as the 60 foot times indicates. Car was foot braked to about 2800 RPM and then released to perform it's gear changes on its own.
There were perhaps a half dozen C7's there at the track last night. Ideal conditions and the car is capable of low 9's or MAYBE very high 8's with 1.25-1.29 60 foot times. This car is much more than a DYNO queen as some have very mistakenly claimed. LOL

How about a 8.926 at 156.25 with a 1.46 60' with a factory Eaton TVS2300 sitting on top of a LS9 with internal mods(and having to shift that obsolete M6 using his left foot and his right arm).

That car is Awesome no doubt but there
Is little doubt that Procharger has had more success than anybody producing reliable power on dual purpose street and strip cars. Best of all that power can be duplicated easily on another car if you use the same components and tuner.

The big thing is replacing the M6 with an A4 with a Yank SS4000 convertor and stab and steer like with an A8.
Then do a 1.227 60', 9.465 at 139.93

Nice time.. What happened on the back half that it only picked up 28 mph? At the 1/8th looked like it was on its way to a 154/155 maybe more mph pass.

What makes you think that the ProCharger is the right charger for making power? Don't you think a roots is up to the job?

Shifted early into 5th gear and dropped rpm. The shift needed to be extended 400 rpm but I didnt know how it was going to act since this was the first pass on the car.

Did you really think someone went 156mph with the stock Eaton?
