if you have manual trans, you could be short 1700 for an auto trans + 1300 gas guzzler, that would bring you to 113k.

I realize he said OPTION, however technically you could add an extended warrantee, key replacement, tire warranty and simonize and be closer to 120k. . Sorry I'm bored.

Convertible Z07 3LZ A8 Stage 3 is the basic requirement for a "fully loaded" car. Mine's a Convertible Z06 3LZ A8 Stage 3, so close, but not quite.

I don't really care what battery tender people order - those are accessories. I'm only talking about things with RPO codes (Regular Production Option). I have every option except FE7 and CCB (because I did not get Z07 and added Stage 3 separately). That was by choice, but it means it's not "fully loaded".

Some will argue there's such a thing as a fully optioned coupe, but that's just a car missing the convertible option to me! Which is why people have trouble distinguishing between "fully loaded" and "loaded with every option I want".

There are some cars with MSRPs approaching $119K so there must be some other options you don't have.

That was the price for a new 2013 ZR1 and all the options were included and very few buyers would pay the price. Now it appears buyers have no problem spending over 100k and brag about spending that much money on a ZO6. In a few years it will be a buyers market.

When the new ZR1 comes at 150 plus.
It competes with cars like the new 2016 570s McLaren..
We will see how they compare.

Not too sure of that. The Z06 is one popular car and even 10,000
per year is not very many.
Prices are holding well.

Huh?!?!?

That took about 90 seconds to click all the options on the "Build & Price" site on:

http://www.chevrolet.com/corvette-z0...-your-own.html

Then a couple seconds to "select all", "copy", and "paste" into a post on the forum.

If it takes you more than 2 minutes to do that you're technically challenged!!

Is a vert actually more expensive than the 2 roof exposed CF coupe?

Just go to the "Build & Price" site and check the price of any options or packages:

http://www.chevrolet.com/corvette-z0...ries=1YZ07_3LZ

Butt....you can see below that the base MSRP of a vert is $4000 more than a coupe. And you can also see that there are various roof options, but the dual roof option with exposed carbon fiber costs $2995.

So....vert costs more.

Here are some copy-n-pastes from the site - first the base MSRP:
Select Bodystyle

Coupe Starting MSRP $80,395†

Convertible Starting MSRP $84,395†

And below are the prices of various coupe roof options:
Transparent roof panel $995

Visible carbon-fiber roof panel with body-color surround $1,995

Carbon Fiber Dual Roof Package $2,995

Body-Color Dual Roof Package $1,995

Bottom line - the vert costs more than $1000 more than a coupe with the carbon fiber dual roof option.

Everyone forgot the Build your own engine option. $5000.00
So "fully" optioned could be a whole lot higher.
