Hearing an unusual noise coming from the motor area at low speeds 35mph and under. AC was on with straight ahead driving. Not a constant noise but while driving around locally for about 2 hours I heard it twice. Won't be able to get the car into the dealership until next week. Anyone had this similar issue?

Lot of different 'noises' on our Vette... a video/record will help. Can it be the swap between V4/V8 which sometimes is noticable?

is it a whirring sound that slightly changes pitch when engine revs above idle? Could be electric fan motors? Maybe unusual since the weather has gotten hotter?

Its my wife's car and I drive it about once every two weeks so I have to rely on her to describe the noise. I've only heard it twice. The closest description we can give is a whirring sound. Might be the fan. We're in Texas and I believe this is the hottest weather her car has ever been in.
