My purchasing experience from Mac Mulkin and my 1700 mile drive home!
I wanted to share my experience on what an extreme pleasure it was dealing with Mark and Kenny at Mac Mulkin. Two fantastic guys that went out of their way to help me. I cant say enough about this dealership or the staff. The facility was incredible as you will see from the pics below. They have a three story show room, with the two upper levels being all Vette's. They even have some all original classics which I enjoyed looking at.
My wife actually talked me into flying up and driving the car home to Louisiana. It was a 1700 mile journey and I enjoyed every single mile of it. I ended up stopping 500 miles out at Bob Fisher Chevrolet to have the first service done and we were back on the road in no time. Great guys over there!
Here's a few pics of my new beauty along with some pics of this fabulous dealership!

Outstanding!
I just picked up my '16 Z06 2LZ locally, but I plan on a ~1,800 round trip to the VT/NH/ME area next month. I've been meeting fellow VF/VFR motorcycle riders from around the country there for 20 years now. I lost my leg in a hit & run accident in 2012, so I can't ride anymore. The Z06 will more than make up for the lost motorcycling fun during our annual rides.

Thanks for sharing your experience.
Question, when you are going 96 miles per hour on the road, how are you taking the picture of your dashboard?

Walking through MacMukin's Corvette showrooms is always a good time. Combine the volume and variety with the sales team being laid back car guys - and it's a great way to buy our toys.

I picked up my AW Z06 from MacMulkin in September. I had a similarly enjoyable purchase experience....then my ride home was exactly 494 miles (including a stop in Mass to show the car to a friend). Add that to the 3 miles that were on the car and I had 497 miles when I got home. 3 miles roundtrip to the store for oil and filter, and I did the first oil change at 500 miles.....

I got mine there, nice people and a good deal. Unfortunately it was just a paper scuffle and phone calls as I took delivery at the NCM. Someday we're going to take a road trip up there to put some faces with the names.

Thank you!
We are totally in love with this car. The road trip was fantastic and the car made it home without a single rock chip. It's as flawless now as it was the day i drove it off of MacMulkins lot.
Did I mention that I LOVE this car?
