Here is some more great input from a HARDCORE drag racer that I know who runs CONSISTENT 10.6s in his bonestock C7 Z with A8 TRans. He data logs each run and has found out that in touring mode the shifts are held longer by the ecm and the car shifts a little bit higher (rpm wise) when doing a 1/4 blast yielding a better et and trap speed.
My friend Will (383 Vette) you know exactly who I am talking about (and no its not 383 Vette) but somebody he knows very well!.
