Well since he drives for Corvette and Michelin has partnered with Corvette/GM, I'm pretty sure we know his review. But I do expect the tires are solid performers.

I thought this was an all season tire. But this is a full blown MPSS replacement. OK.

Question is when. And will they be non run
flats. I have seen the list of sizes and we're not listed.

4 things.

kaneu???

is that a wing on that white C7???

Can't wait for these tires. Love the PSS.

I'll never understand why some want all seasons. To me don't buy a $100k car and compromise on tires. Summer tires for summer and winter tires for winter.

Love,
Gene

To each their own after all it is their 100K car! If it, the car, didn't appeal to a wide range of buyers it would be a lot more expensive car for the few that would buy it. Economies of scale are important in the market. Runflats are noisy, rough riding, hard to change, and expensive, and I for one despise them. However, I do understand why some people want them, but not for me. I like to drive the Z06 year round and not just in the summer and since we have 4 seasons here I prefer a 4 seasons tire. I keep the original runflats in case I do decide to track it, but most likely I won't.

^ just so you know, for an 'Ultra high performance tyre', the MPSS is not noisy; uncomfortable or expensive. They are a bitch to install unless the tyre store has experience with RFTs.

Agree Bish. This may be a good time to make a point to those planning to track their cars in the future. Michelin makes a great and arguably the best street legal tires to track and street. Driving to and from tracks as many do with run flats gives some security in the fact that tire failure may or will happen. With the run flats at least you may have the ability to be safe on the track and make it home.

Every time I think about switching to a non run flat this stops me. I fully enjoy driving to the track while the sun is rising, running all day chasing race cars on slicks, driving to lunch then home again with my trusty Michelin Cup 2's!
