Are the front facing camera/s capable of showing forward motion on the screen as I drive? It goes on a little after shifting out of reverse then goes off. Is there a way to keep it on? Can the rear do the same or is it for backing up only.

Front cameras are only to help with parking, and go away after exceeding 5mph. There's no way to keep it on that I know of.
