Performance Instrument Display ALWAYS shows tires as warm
43 degree ambient temp and the car has sat for a few days. I have noticed in the performance menu the tires always say warm. the car only has 200 miles on it, but when I drove it home the first night the tires said cold. Is there a reset for this or does this sound like a warranty issue/ thanks for the help

I think you're fine. Don't know the threshold but 'cold' is likely a bit lower than where you are now. It doesn't mean they're not cold though in relative grip terms. You'd have some driving to do to get them gripping well.
Here's a screen shot after a track day session. I've never seen 'hot' on the street despite living in FL. But hit a road course and you will.
