Yep, we sure have grown, something like 200 registered Canadian Members (Bruce, do you have the actual number?), there are those who lurk or contribute occasionally and there are the others that just spend too much time here and then there are those who are close enough to participate in Cruises, GtG's, P&B's etc nice little family we have here and just like reality, you cant pick your family, we're just stuck with eachother

This years membership : Free
Next scheduled club meeting : Whenever you want
Social agenda : Whatever you want
Events co ordinator : Could be me, or you or whomever

Terry, I agree another show like LMC would be cool, there are so many new people to meet and cars to see (a LOT of cars have changed)... and since YOU lobbed the grenade....

Those early pics take me back Wayne - if memory serves the first run we had was up here with me taking y'all through Hockley and The Forks earlier that fall or was it fall '00??? We need Flav to show us how to offroad a C3 again. This section was essentially created to get us all out of the C3 gen'l section as we kept posting so damn often about get togethers, and the mods caved when Mark and someone else kept after them to have a distinct Cdn section. I wunder where George is these days?

It was at the LMC show that cemented my decision to finally buy a vette after almost a year of deliberation. I told Mike (Cdn ZR1 Mike) that I would be showing my very own car at next year's show...

not meant to be.....

well, there is always the potential for another non-club club car show

Greg, that must have been 2001 because I joined you guys in fall of 2002 and you were talking about the previous year's run Going through Hockley area in rain was kinda scary for me at firt but a lot of fun

And you are correct, this section was created to 'get rid of' us from the general section. Every third post was about our meets Ah, the memories

Was that the Legendary Motor Car show about 2 years ago----that was my first year with Nitrous--I wanted so bad to get on that Dyno--we met Bill Curley and some other neat folks that where legends on the CF--then we all toured down to the Saturday night cruise at Canadian Tire/Home Depot by 427 and QE---then we went to Scarberia to a GM dealer show ran by (I think) Pine Ridge Corvettes--one honking busy day---Molson Indy had blocked off the Gardiner so we had to go up and over on the 401 to Scarberia--I think I got home at like 2 am--after starting from Guelph at 6:00 am. Lots of Corvetting that day!!

Default LMC show, down memory lane.

If you remember, all our threads were deleted on this forum due to some bad photo-chop work. Hehehe! (not me!)

Watch the slideshow's below for the entire show. I took a picture of every car that entered the show gates.

Here you are my friends,

yep that was the day---thanx Bill for the photos---even saw my old beast in there!!! Like Corrado would say "that was before I had the pleasure of making all YOUS guys aquaintances!!!"---That was a fun day. I remember Desi's car on the Dyno and a Z06 that was only pulling about 325 hp??? And the Carravagio that was bouncing off the rev limiter---but good pulls--I think he had the biggest numbers all day.

It gets me all choked up to say it , but this is the best non-club I've ever not been a member of.

I started up April '07 with my Camaro. Was welcomed into the group. Then in Jul '07, bought my '03 triple black 6speed C5 and have had fun with it since.

I wasn't around during the LMC event, but I just wanted to say thanks to the person that did that photoshop and for ruining it for the rest of us. Just try and call LMC today and say Corvette Forum and see what happens.
