Yes, it will clear OBD II PCM codes.
But will not read or clear BCM, TCM or ABS codes.
PS: You need to subscribe to PartSource emails to get this coupon too.

If you didn't know the C5 (and I think the C6) can read codes and delete them right without any tools using the DIC built into the gauge cluster.
Hold down 4 options and press 1 fuel four times to display the codes.
Also if your considering getting tuning software, it costs more but in the long run it's worth it because it saves you from paying for many other devices, CAGS delete, MAF translator, timing retard, etc... as HPTuners and the like can read and delete codes as well. Not to mention being able to tune your car yourself or through e-mail.
My 2 cents..
