Best and 1st upgrade any Vette owner should be making on their car! Get rid of the non-supportive crappy stock seats and replace them with a seat of nice Corbeau's for your Vette. Here are the seats that will fit each year
C3-A4 & FX1 Pro Seats
C4-A4 & FX1 Pro Seats
C5-A4 & FX1 Pro Seats
C6-A4, LG1, CR1, and FX1 Pro Seats

Safety Car
I believe the A4 does fit in a c4 right? Ill do some research again. I was looking for an older GEN c4 seat but I think id rather just get a pair of these...
The tall driver option.. If I go with that can the seat be shimmed etc for additional height if needed? Just picky where I want my seat and not going low enough is what im hoping to avoid.
Pm me for 2 with whatever is needed.. with the tall seat option for both drivers/pass.
thx!

We can now process "credit applications" for our friends up North If your interested in doing so I can send you a link to the application
In order to install aftermarket seats in a C6 a few things have to be done.
#1-Air bag simulators have to be installed to trick the car into thinking the airbags that are in the car are still in the car.
#2-The occupant weight sensor bladder must be removed and either installed in the new seats OR take a zip-Tie and tie it together. This was the sensor always feels preasure on the bladder so the passenger air bag will work. Only issue with this is if you have a "light" occupant like a child the air bag will STILL DEPLOY.
#3-The tilt steering wheel will not work unless you use a harness from Pfadt.
So those are the 3 main issues you have to deal with when installing aftermarket or Corbeau seats in a C6.

I know there are aftermarket companies that will take the shell of your seat and create something much better than the stock set and still include all the bells and whistles. Mind you this will cost significant $$$ but I'd rather save my nickels and get something that fits properly and retains all of the factory functions and safety features.
My 2 cents

So no air bag, issues with seat sensors and doesn't bolt on to the factory rail, is that what I'm understanding?
