There is no better upgrade for a Corvette than replacing the stock seats... putting in a set of A4s really help you concentrate on driving instead of trying since they hold you snugly in place while driving

Put together a "final, all in price", with no extra surprise costs and you will interest more Canadians. We Canadians get screwed by UPS and the other carriers with additional "brokerage fees" which turns some of us off buying items from the US and having them shipped to Canada. Just my $0.02. Great seats. I would love a pair in my Chevellle.

The problem is not us, UPS, or Corbeau. The problem is your customs department charges customs and duties and we have ZERO control over that. All we can do if offer a great price to ship to you AND get them delivered to you. Unfortunately we cannot include a ALL INCLUSIVE package which includes customs and duties because we have seen the amount seems to vary from transaction and destination. The fairest way to do it is the way we are doing it now and that is to allow the customer to handle all the customs and duty charges... this way you don't pay any more than you have to

Who wants a set of one of the best upgrades out for the Vette? Time to get rid of those non supportive stock seats for some nice Corbeaus that will keep you in place while driving

That is not totally correct, with UPS for example if you fill out the proper documents (act as the broker) we as canadians are not raped by UPS with outragous brokerage fees and are only charged taxes and duty (when aplicable) other vendors I have delt with do it

When they are shipped to our Canadian customers the seats are shipped directly from Corbeau. If they are not filling out the paper work properly it would be good to know. I haven't heard too many complaints from our Canadian customers regarding outragous brokerage fees and are only charged taxes and duty

No they will not bolt to the stock seat tracks. You will lose all power seat features once you install the Corbeau A4 seats BUT IMO it's worth it.

Do the seats come with tracks and if so, do they bolt down to the existing bolt holes in the floor pan?

In order to install aftermarket seats in a C6 a few things have to be done.

#1-Air bag simulators have to be installed to trick the car into thinking the airbags that are in the car are still in the car.

#2-The occupant weight sensor bladder must be removed and either installed in the new seats OR take a zip-Tie and tie it together. This was the sensor always feels preasure on the bladder so the passenger air bag will work. Only issue with this is if you have a "light" occupant like a child the air bag will STILL DEPLOY.

#3-The tilt steering wheel will not work unless you use a harness from Pfadt.

So those are the 3 main issues you have to deal with when installing aftermarket or Corbeau seats in a C6.

Default Corbeau's

Hey buddy-what is the lightest seat available in all black. What else do I need to install these in my C5 Z06.

I'm about 5'8", 240lbs with a 34-36 waist-shoulders on the wide side-say 48 jacket.

Looking to drop as much weight as possible for drag racing-what do these weigh over say a non electric seat?

TIA!

The lightest seat configuration is the FX1 Pro with side mount brackets which would weigh about 22lbs for the seat and bracket.
