Anyone up for a round of golf? Wednesday, June 27th
Well it's our 13th annual Mississauga Tim Hortons Golf Tournament, in support of the Tim Horton Children's Foundation ... Wednesday, June 27th ... at Granite Ridge GC in Milton.
I'm looking to put together a few foursomes ... and the theme this year is Cars - "Racing and Cruising" ... so if you are interested in playing ... let me know ASAP ... and if you're able to drive your Vette up to the tournament, we'll have a special parking area for all the cars.
This event includes a Tim Hortons breakfast snack area, a gift for all golfers, golf cart for the round, shot gun start - scramble tournament format, lunch on the course with special events and holes on the course, tournament scoring system, amazing buffett dinner with your choice of main dish.

If you're not a golfer, but would like to volunteer, and bring your car up for the event, that would be awesome!
We have a fantastic lunch and dinner planned ... plus a casino ... HUGE prize table ... Amazing Silent Auction Items ... and we'll be running a Forza 4 Driving Silmulation competition as well (if You want to start practicing ... drive the new Corvette GT2 C6.R on the full Sebring Track ... each entry will be a donation of $20.00 ... turn 3 full laps ... fastest lap time is recorded ... top 5 will then race off at the end.
I'm going to post this up on the Rennlist forum ... maybe we can get a Corvette vs. Porsche Golf Match going!

I'll be buying one foursome ... but I won't be playing because I'll be getting my knee operated on later that day.

Hey mark.. was a great day a couple years ago when I played. Not " officially" a Vette Guy any more but would love to play if I can swing that date. Ill leave the mustang at home if tgat helps.. lol. Will check the calendar tomorrow! ! Great time folks for a great cause.. sign up and get in on this. Ill get a prize for you in any case
