Nice pictures everyone. No pictures here. I'm in The Hill about 5km north of M*M. Power went out at 11:37pm sat evening and came back on just before noon today.

Lots of fun.

Took some pics yesterday. There's up to about 1/2 " of ice in places, but probably less damage here than further south. Lots of trees and branches bending to the ground, but only a few broken. If it gets windy, that will change.

Here's a couple from the snowmobile trail where I take my dogs for their walk.

This one is from my deck. It's now my Windows desktop to remind me why I go to Florida.

Don't you just love when they plough you in. Had to repair my sblower yesterday as it caught a big chunk of ice at the end of the driveway., glad it was only a $2 fix including a coffee.
Hopefully we have an early Jan thaw before the heavy white stuff arrives and brings everything still standing down.

you don't need electric power to have a Merry Christmas, just family and friends. Cheers.

You got it, plus don't forget that we like hurricanes too. One more winter after this for us and we'll be down getting out of this cold stuff.

WOW!!! Great pictures guys. We didn't see any of the damage as we left Dec. 13th for a 14 day Christmas Cruise to the Caribbean and just got home last night. We were following it though and checking in at home here in Innisfil. Apparently we missed the brunt of it too and we came home to less snow then I thought we'd have. We had good friends staying at the house for the two weeks so we knew all would be good. I heard there are still homes without power, that is horrible and I hope the damage is over.
Again, thanks for the pictures. Reality sucks sometimes...
