Need a VOTE from my Canadian Corvette Forum Buddies!
Hey everyone, just saw my entry made it to the second Vintage Car insurance wild card round.
Some very nice rides there so would be much appreciated if you could take a moment to vote on my pictures/entry, please and thanks!
Open to all Canadians and will just take a moment.
Scroll down a bit then click on the blue VOTE button at 1050 CHUM CORVETTE SUMMER
from this link or click the picture below.

No issue for me, it only wants to be able to see name of the person who voted. Thus "Public Profile", which everyone sees so no big deal. You would be required to do this with any group you join or post to on Facebook. And it's not like they are fishing through your friends/contacts, it's just all part of your FB Profile. Anyway, I voted for you. Nice Car!

Anyway, Thanks for the compliments - and the vote!

Voted. But I have the same issue with FB. No problem with accessing my public info since there isn't much there, but why do I need to share it, so it appears on my wall and all my friends walls. Just so they can target you for advertising. I hate being tracked, for whatever reason.
Congrats to making it t Round 2. Good Luck.

Only one Corvette though!
To be honest, I had even forgotten that I'd submitted those pics. It was over a month ago and I found the final round by accident just this morning. Since voting ends next weekend (Nov 30) I appreciate the support from friends and the Corvette community here!

Thanks Greg - certainly appreciate you trying!
I was curious to know how the votes were coming in as there is nothing posted anywhere. Emailed them a few days ago to see, and they don't tally the points until after the contest. Certainly some really nice cars in this group so I'm a longshot, but still hopeful. We'll find out next week!

As Maxwell Smart would say...
Want to say thank you to all those who got their vote in for my car.
Got the call from the organizers today that my car placed second. Not only that, but I was just two votes behind the winner in this round. Given the calibre of cars this is still a great honour.
I'm still in the running however as a finalist in one of the earlier sold his car and is out, so I will be advancing to the next round just the same. Watch this space - and thanks again for your support!

Ack!
Just found out the winner of the round two wildcard was a '69 Mustang.
Nice car, but hate seeing a Vette lose to a Mustang anywhere!

My understanding is the winners will be featured at the Motorama in March.
