well I can certainly see why Mayor Tory is banning the HDRs.... he's not the party animal Mayor Ford was.... wasn't that a video of Mayor Ford babbling away in a Jamaican accent on one of the HDRs last year?

well, it is not the HDR that the mayor objects to, is the illegal parking that takes place. city losing so much revenue.
