Thanx Bruce for the kick start--reminded me to book the Marriott on Maple Road again for Woodward Dream Cruise Aug 14th and 15th---I have just sent the contract back---same price as last year--$89.00 + taxes (US--which is higher this year) I have a block of 15 rooms and will post when we can go ahead and book. Bring on summer!!!!

Hi *****, I just tried to book the room and Marriott says the contract is 15 & 16. Can you check the contract as I had to book the 14 separately.

I thought about it later and I really should have caught that error. I thought it was strange that you were requesting a Sat/Sun as opposed to a Fri/Sat stay.

Because of the date change and high demand this particular weekend brings, we will need a new contract. Our current rates for that weekend are $139 per night. I reviewed this with our General Manager, Wendy and mentioned that your group wants to come back. She certainly remembers the group and would love to welcome everyone back to the hotel. She agreed to extend a rate of $114 to your group.

Please find the revised agreement attached. Your signature will serve as confirmation and will allow Shawanda to open up reservations.

This is the most popular...Hey Dave--still working on it--I assume they will get back to me this week. I have checked many hotels in the area to try and cut costs--this thing fills up fast--most I can get at any other retail hotel is a max of 5 rooms!!!

OK rooms are now set up--slight increase from last year---$114.00 per night--I even checked most of the area around for a better deal--no one will secure over 5 rooms in a lot.
