Anybody going to the Sportsman's Show this week? Direct Energy building at the Ex.

Used to be open on the March break, all week.

Now its opening (tomorrow) Thursday to Sunday. 10-8 everyday except Sunday 10-6. Adults $18. entry

Last time I was there was 10 years ago. Figured once a decade is enough.

I'm kicking around the idea of going, haven't been in quite a few years either. Unless your after some larger ticket items there's usually not that much for deals.
One owner I know said the booths are so expensive it's hard to also offer great deals unless you buy some "special" items (for example shimano rods frequently there in every spot by the hundreds, but usually old models or low end ones)

Neat to see some of the new stuff but I'd rather wait a few weeks and spend some time at BassPro or Cabelas.
