Is the LG front splitter for a ZR1 or for a non ZR1 car? As it close the lower radiator area, does it affect cooling of Rad or heat exchanger in a positive on negative way?

This splitter fits Z06 and Zr1, they both share the same bumper. Does not affect cooling in anyway
