Cliff Notes.

I get hit in a parking lot.
Everything is on video.
Insurance says, put the video on YouTube, so we can see it.
Not my fault, no deductible for me, they upgrade my rental.

I get a 2015 BMW X3 (for free), very nice, not sure I like all electronic stuff it does, any dummy can drive now a day.

I was taking pictures of the tire tracks, his plate etc. until the cop pointed to the video camera.
I can imagine how many liars their are out there.

He was backing out with his windows covered in snow, and then starts to clean them as your taking pictures.

Really? Just like that? If it was me it would have been a huge hassle getting the video, let alone getting a copy on a Usb stick

Glad it worked out Romeo, If I remember correctly the stamp date on the video was about a month ago? Either way, it's great that nobody got hurt and the receptionist was helpful. I hope your dads doing well.

It took me a week, after the accident, I went to watch it at the reception desk, her monitor had all the cameras. I noted the camera number and time, but she was already saving it. She told me who to call on the Monday, I called the person and she put it on a USB stick for me, I said I would pick it up on my next visit, so the following Saturday.

I didn't get it right away.

Yes it happened on Feb 21st, I just picked up my MDX today, they took just over a week to fix it.
