Thanks! My Dream was to one day own a Z06. This was a bonus finding this car. Never thought I would get a hold of a Carbon!

not yet maybe next week. I think we need more rain. At least my old C3 has learned to be patient over the past 39 years.

Glad you had a change of heart, I remember when you were a big advocate of winter corvette driving
BTW, insurance on last Saturday, going to Champion this week for some much needed mod's!!!

I'm waiting another couple of weeks. Maybe when I get back from the States I'll call my insurance company.

It wasn't so much that I was an advocate of driving my Corvette in the winter, but when I had my C5 I didn't have enough money or a parking space for another car so I had absolutely no choice but to drive it in the winter. I didn't like it though, these cars are not meant for driving in deep snow at all. Thankfully a lot has changed since those days and I have both the space and the money for another car to drive in bad weather, so my C6 doesn't even have to see rain let alone snow.

It was a beautiful drive this morning - sun was out, air was crisp and cool and no salt on the roads (R Hill)

Drive all winter, as long as roads are reasonably bare. Have a complete winter wheel/tire setup......
