New Track on Vancouver Island
Just heard about this today,land is being cleared and site prep is starting,and get this-a municipality that seems excited about the development and willing to welcome the track's guests and wallets...

Yep,raw land on the side of a mountain in the middle of nowhere is reasonably priced out here.
