Default Noticed my weights fell off rear rims

Does this impact the drive much considering my tires are 205/25/20 in the rear?

Wondering if I need to get them rebalanced quick or can I take my time.

Thanks!

Why are your wheels so thin in the rear? Or did you mean 305?

Weights do help keep the wheels balanced. You may not feel any impact at low speeds and tire wear may increase but will definatily feel it a high speeds.
