Default P.E.System leads to rise in break ins. Is anyone concern?

There have been some reports of cars been entered by boosting the signal of fob to gain entry. Who is taking precautions?

With everything else that can happen to your car why worry about the small chance this could happen? If someone really wants into your car or to steal your car then they will.

You have a lot of time on your hands, go find something to do.

Get rid of it before it's stolen.

I guess a few people must care. A coworker just sent away for a protective case for his Audi fob so it won't transmit. Given a choice I would rather some guy use some tech toy to get in than the old brick and broken window method.

Someone must think it's still April 1st.

How will the car know the FOB is inside and allow it to start if it's in a case that blocks it from transmitting? Even just the doors, how will they unlock with this special case blocking the FOB from transmitting?
