I don't see them as I use a iPad 90% of the time

On a PC or laptop? Use a pop up blocker and /or an ad blocker.

Never seen a pop-up ad etc from this site.

If the source was this site, everyone would be experiencing them.

Checking your computer first b4 you assume it's the forum.

It seemed to be happening to many people and I believe the Tech Contributor JT (hope this is right) fixed it.

I have not had the problem on my computer since. There were a number of threads on concerning it.

Do you still see them? Maybe something different than what you are seeing.

I had this as well. If you notice its the scripts that go with the little reddit/facebook/pinterest/etc buttons in the top left area of the forum. It was the FB script that was hanging up my FF browser.

I installed NoScript 2.6.9.32 and as the scripts surface it'll ask you if you want to block them. As soon as I did that, ALOT less issues.

MIght be worth a look. Don't block "all scripts", you'll lose some of the drop down menus etc. If you block something and lose a function you can "unblock" or "allow" certain scripts to restore functionality.

I've been seeing these ads pop up on the forum now for about 2 months. Anyone else getting them as well? This one is for the Canadian Blood Services. Other times it's for Cadillac and other times it's for Toyota.

Very f****** annoying. You'd think with all the paid vendors they have on the site, CF doesn't have to resort to google or other 3d party ads.

This is what I was talking about, all the ads that are on and around the page, after a few minutes, tend to open up on their own while your trying to navigate. VERY ANNOYING!
