Default Grudgement days at st thomas mini shootout

Looking for interest in a mini shootout that Matt wants to run at one of his grudge race events here is the run down of the shootout. The event says 1/8 mile but may also consider doing 1/4 mile if there is enough interest. These grudge race days are a lot of fun no times displayed but you do get your half of the time slip. Side betting and everything else that goes on with this type of racing.

We are thinking of running a little mini shootout at one of our next Grudgement Days...We have two dates left- Monday, August 3rd (holiday Monday) and Saturday, September 12 (with PTRA). It will be a buy in on top of the regular gate fee, winner takes all...details are below...Let us know if you are interested and what date works best for you!
Small Block Stock Block Off the Trailer Shootout
-Stock block small blocks only- no aftermarket blocks allowed!
-Any power adder
-28's
-Stock style front suspension, stock style rear suspension (ladder bars and traction bars permitted)
-No wheelie bars
-Heads up, 1/8th mile, pro .400 tree, run order drawn at random, races are right off the trailer (no qualifying or testing), CLOCKS OFF!
-$150 buy in, winner take all (all entrants must pay a $50 lock in if interested in participating)

It's bragging rights .. it's about the Numbers Game on the dyno.

Hey Charlie, it was great meeting you last week at the Dyno. It was a pleasure to see your beast in person.

Hey thanks that was a fun day!! Extremely hot that day. Yes it's cool to say you have a x amount of hp car but the track is were it shows how the combo works and the real hp a car makes these grudge race events are a blast it's so big in the states I'd like to see that momentum gain here. Watch payso productions on you tube bad a**

Spontaneously dropped by with my son in my DD to see the action. Got there when the Chevelle got strapped down. Got a chance to introduce myself to Charlie and see his beast. He came quite a drive to attend the event. Perhaps next time I'll get my C4 strapped down as well.
Thanks for organizing

I would come out but I'm afraid.jk. I would like to be there but I'm away for the weekend. I don't really fit the rules for the shootout but I'm sure there would be something there for me. Sounds like it would be interesting.
