I'm no hater of internal combustion but c'mon - it's been done and done ... and DONE.
When I get into a modern electric car it finally feels like it's 2015.

I'm a BIG fan of electric cars, just look at what the Tesla has done! The newest model with dual motors (making it all wheel drive) can do the quarter mile in 10.9 seconds! That's insanely fast and it'll do it with instant full torque off the line and no wheelspin. You can't help but be impressed by that.

I know the purists would wince at this, but I would have no problem if the Corvette ever went to a full electric setup, or at least a hybrid setup like the Porsche 918 Spyder.

Whether we like it or not, electric cars are our future, and I for one am excited about the future!

Love the car and the fact that it is electric. Hopefully Musk's gigafactory will advance storage capacity so that 300 km per charge is doable plus enough quick charge stnts are put in place to make them a more viable option. I'm not one for cruising the major highways, on many secondary highways and roads that would bottom out quite often. Sure woukd be fun at the track.
