At least the guy is ok, looks like a truck tried to run him over. This could have been worse if you look at the damage by his door, too close.

Scarey stuff, glad that he is ok. We were clipped by a transport 2 weeks ago tonight. He had no licence, truck had no discernable plates, rear lights did not work nor indicators. Glad for hi perf brakes and summer hi perf tires or he would have gone over the middle of us. His rear wheel left silver paint on the dr side corner of my chrome bumper, thankfully no damage. He pulled over, spoke little English and initially wouldn't get out of his cab. I gave him a choice, the door or window - made no difference to me. A friend of mine who just retired as a Sup't in the OPP said that courts are only giving hand slaps to unsafe rigs with unlicenced drivers.
