Default C7 headlights for Europe

Does anyone know if a C7 Vette manufactured for the Canadian market would have European standard headlights, or the US ones?
If there is a Canadian reader here, could probably check on the headlight plastic itself for the E or e marking.

Thanks.

Highly unlikely (99% sure) that Canadian spec cars are not the same as Europe. Many of us have imported Corvettes into Canada from the US and we don't have to modify our cars which would indicate Canadian and US cars use the same lighting.

Yes, I agree.
The thing is that Canada will accept either US or European standard headlights.
The question is, for a C7 manufactured for the Canadian market, does it have a US or a European headlight?

That I can't answer with any degree of certainty - you're right to just ask someone who owns a C7 to just look at their headlight for you.

Some one will likely chime in on the thread soon...

If you can't get an answer perhaps call a Canadian dealer and ask them for the part number of C7 headlights. Do the same for US and Europe and see if the part numbers are the same or not. Not sure if it will give you a definitive answer but worth a shot if all else fails.

I would suspect also that the Canada headlights are the same as the US as my C5 came with all red tails and reverse lights the same as the US and not the amber signals and different reverse set up for Europe.

Will be on the lookout for a C7 for you either way and if I find anything will post up here.

It should be on the front of the headlights at the bottom, on the clear plastic, part of the plastic mold.
US ones have "DOT DRL HR IP..."

So.......any Canadian 2015 Vette owners that can help out with the markings on the headlight?

Thanks.

OK... I'll check tonight when I get home, but went over the light surface and really couldn't see anything. Now that I know where to look, I'll take another peek.

Thank you for posting this.
It is regular DOT marking that is on US cars, definitely not European marking.
Thanks again!
